Meet the new owners of Dynamic East Construction, Stephen & Amber Perry! The Perry’s may be new permanent residents of Carteret County, but as eastern NC natives, their love for the Crystal Coast started many years ago when they spent summers vacationing there with their family. Stephen and Amber are both graduates of ECU (Go Pirates!) and Stephen brings almost 20 years of experience in the construction industry to the team. The Perry’s have been married for 14 years and have two children, Aubrey and Tucker, who also share their parents love for the water, boating, and fishing.
